~~ If one parent is traveling with a minor child without the other parent, they must also have a notarized letter from the absent parent stating approval for the one parent to travel into Mexico with the child.
~~ If you do not provide the proper documentation, it may result in being detained at the border and an extra charge for alternate transportation back to San Diego
