US Currency is accepted in all Tijuana Shops. Visitors to Mexico may purchase up to $800 USD of merchandise duty free. Visitors are allowed to return with 1 bottle of alcohol per person.

~~ All United States and Canadian citizens MUST present either a passport or WHTI-compliant document*, or a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, PLUS proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate.
~~ Any minor child not old enough to have a government-issued photo id, drivers license, etc. MUST have their birth certificate.
~~ If one parent is traveling with a minor child without the other parent, they must also have a notarized letter from the absent parent stating approval for the one parent to travel into Mexico with the child.
