The Canyon Canopy Tour was designed with your safety in mind. Led by fully trained and experienced bilingual trip leaders who pride themselves on giving you a challenging and thoroughly enjoyable time, the most advanced protective and safety materials on the market today are utilized.

The quality climbing and technical gear that guests wear offer the ultimate in safety while providing a comfortable fit for people of different ages and sizes. Only most up-to-date equipment with not one, but two safety ropes for your added security are required. To continue that standard, daily safety checklists and inspection procedures are followed to ensure a safe ride on the elements.

Frequently Asked Questions:

--What should I wear for my outdoor experience?
It is strongly advised that you wear long shorts or pants, tennis or hiking shoes, and a light sweater (winter months). Sunscreen and insect repellent are also highly recommended.

--Can I bring my camera?
Cameras may not be used during the tour. However, photos of your outdoor experience may be purchased in the gift shop after the adventure.

--What is the minimum age allowed to participate?
Children must be at least 8 years old.

--Are there any height or weight restrictions?
Yes. Guests must be at least 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall in order to reach the ropes, and not weigh more than 250 pounds (120 kilograms) in order to fit into the harnesses.

--Is anyone able to participate?
Due to safety reasons, people with a history of seizures, vertigo, back or neck injuries, balance or heart problems and pregnant women are not permitted on the tour. Because of the physical nature of this tour, guests must be reasonably fit, able to walk up steps and able to walk uphill for 15 minutes.
